With a special focus on criminal law and real estate law, he has served as a state lawyer and assistant to the president of the cases authority, representing the rights of the state of Lebanon in civil and criminal disputes and litigation. Me. Abbas Kabalan is a trilingual Lebanese lawyer and the Managing Partner at Kabalan & Kabalan Attorneys. He holds a Master’s degree in Domestic and International Business Law, focusing on finance, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate specializing in innovative financial tools and fintech. With extensive experience as a legal expert in international programs with the UN and the EU, Abbas leads the firm’s corporate and financial law department, bringing his business law expertise to domestic and international clients.
